Tips for optimizing your training

In addition to learning the technical aspect, it is necessary to introduce good habits to optimize during training.

Below I will list some points to follow to optimize your training.

1) The choice of clothing is essential to ensure greater mobility during the execution of the exercises, preferring looser and more elastic clothing, allowing the joints to suffer less stress.

2) Wear shoes suitable for sports, in this case bodybuilding, for greater stability during the execution of the movements, especially when performing exercises for the lower limbs.

3) Combine training with excellent nutrition. A balanced diet is the best choice, possibly rely on a nutritionist or dietician who will match the diet to your lifestyle (including workouts).

4) Hydrate the body constantly with small dosages, both during training and throughout the day. The advice is to drink 1 and a half to 2 liters of water a day to ensure adequate hydration to the cells.

5) During flu states it is not recommended to train; our body, in these circumstances, has low immune defenses, and this will only worsen the situation, caused mainly by micro-injuries and the increase in cortisol, leading the body to be even more vulnerable to a possible attack by other pathogens.

6) Pay attention to the signals that our body gives us such as dizziness, joint pain, muscle soreness, all small inputs that the body sends us to avoid facing more serious situations and overtraining. Carrying out too intense workouts, without taking care of nutrition and well-set rest periods, is one of the main causes that can lead to the undesirable effects listed above. In these circumstances, the advice is to stop, the body is not in a position to continue (lack of water, over-training, flu) and warns that it is not able to provide adequate training stimuli.
